The resort is not yet fully finished. Some constructions are still on going but the first building and the pool (kiddie, adult pool and the mini jacuzzi) are already functional. We are asking for your kind indulgence if you still decide to stay with us.
We have twelve (12) rooms and eight (8) cabanas : five (5) Standard rooms, five (5) Deluxe rooms, one (1) Suite room and one (1) Executive Suite as of today. ALL our rooms are “NON- SMOKING” rooms.
All bookings and inquiries are processed. Reservations will only be considered active for 3 days, if no confirmation and /or payment are received from your end, the said reservation will automatically be cancelled and considered open to other interested party.
Pets will not be allowed inside the Deluxe rooms, Suite and Executive Suite. They may be allowed to stay on the terrace for occupants of the ground floor Standard rooms but never inside the rooms. Pet owners shall be responsible for cleaning the droppings of their pets as well for any damages caused by their pets to the resort properties. As of the present, due to on-going constructions on some part of the resort, we would appreciate it if you would not bring your pets.
It would be appreciated if guests would not eat in the pool area. They will be assigned your designated dining area upon arrival to the resort.
No parking or entrance fees for guest’s vehicles. Secure your vehicles before leaving them. Although we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss in your vehicles, the resort will exert all efforts to provide security. The provision of a driver’s lounge is among construction’s priorities.
The rates will depend on your intended dates of stay. See below for your reference on the rates per room per night.
STANDARD ROOM = P5000/night ( 7K peak rate) 2 Double beds (2-4 pax) ; Mini Ref
DELUXE ROOM = P7000/ night (9K peak rate) 3 double beds (6 pax) ; Mini Ref
SUITE ROOM = P10,000/night (12K peak rate) 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed each) with dining and mini kitchen (6 pax)
EXECUTIVE SUITE = P14,000/ night (16K peak rate) 2 bedrooms (2 double beds/ room) with dining table and mini kitchen and 2 bathrooms (8 pax)
CABANAS = P3000/ day (3500 peak rate) (adults = 300/head, children below 7 y/o = free of charge)
Note that Oct 31 – Nov 2 (All Saint’s Day Holiday), Dec 23 – 25 (Christmas), Dec 30 – Jan1, (New Year). Chinese New Year, Holidays and weekends of April and May will fall under the peak season rates.
Schedules are subject to changes as we operate on a first payment first serve basis. Bookings are processed upon inquiry.

DAY TOUR: Includes the use of the resort’s beach front and the pool.
Registration for Day Tours start at : 7:00 am
Use of pools for night swimming until 9:00 pm only
Day Tour and night swimming rates are the same.
We would like to strictly implement the maximum capacity allowed per room to ensure comfort of the occupants. Children seven (7) years and above are considered as adult for the headcount. Please inform us ahead if you need extra mattresses and pillows. Please make sure to book enough rooms for the exact number of people going to avoid any problems upon arrival. For extra mattress and pillows there will be additional charge (500/set)

We require a 50% non-refundable and non-re-bookable bank deposit payment to confirm your slot. Payment instructions will follow upon your advice to proceed.
At present, we do not have a restaurant /store inside the resort. Please be advised to bring your own pre-cooked / pre- marinated food, rice cooker, ice, cooler, cooking supplies for the duration of your stay. However, we have a common grilling. washing and dining area you can use. There shall be a charge of Php 100 for the use of the LPG. For the Standard and Deluxe rooms, we would advise on cooking outside the rooms for safety reasons. For the Executive Suite and the Suite Room, we have a refrigerator, small kitchen and wash area inside already but this is intended for re-heating food only. You have to bring your own cooking utensils. The “grilling / cooking” area near the cabanas shall serve the needs for cooking or reheating foods. A chest freezer and a chiller are available for common use of guests. Make sure your items are labelled.
If you wish to request for someone to cook your foods, you can request ahead of the date at an extra cost.
There are no ATM machines or banks in the area. We operate on CASH basis transaction(s) for everything.
We encourage everyone to throw their garbage in the waste bin provided in each room.
Please make sure to lock your room when you leave and check all your belongings upon check out. The resort will not be liable for any damages or losses.
